[Zambia Reports] Following the death of Zambia Daily Mail employee, Sithembile Zulu, the government has instituted investigations into circumstances surrounding the entire episode and the general increase of maternal deaths at Levy Mwanawasa University Teaching Hospital in Lusaka.
