[New Era] Windhoek -Newly accredited Zambian High Commissioner to Namibia Stella Libongani has reiterated that the diplomatic relations between her country and Namibia are historical, dating back to the pre-independence period when Zambia hosted thousands of Swapo cadres and other Namibian exiles.
