[Zambian Watchdog] A horde of PF MPs and some ministers on Monday night petitioned President Edgar Lungu not to assent to the constitution because the grade twelve qualification for councillors, MPs and Presidential candidates will disqualify most of them but Lungu is stuck, saying it would be costly to the PF not to sign the constitution.
