[Zambian Watchdog] Police have hidden the identity of another overzealous traffic police officer who last week bashed into another man's Toyota Harrier in Kabwe and quickly fled the scene. Central province commissioner of police Lombe Kamukoshi has told the media that the matter has been dealt with administratively but Zambian Watchdog has dug deeper and established that he is Fabiano Banda.
