[Zambian Watchdog] Yesterday, 11 November 2015, a delegation of thirteen middle management and some deans led by the deputy vice-chancellor left for a seven day visit to Turkey to go and sign an MoU for an academic exchange programme, and sources say to also "learn how Universities are run there".
