[Times of Zambia] THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA) yesterday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at promoting mutual assistance and exchange of information between the two regulatory authorities.
