[Algerie Presse Service] Livingstone -The works of the preparatory ministerial level meeting of the Committee of Ten Heads of State and Government of the African Union (C10) on the reform of the United Nations Security Council began Friday at Livingstone (Zambia), in the presence of Foreign Minister Ramtane Lamamra, designated by President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika to represent him at the summit, scheduled for Saturday.
