[Zambia Reports] Education minister Michael Kaingu has apologised to United Party for National Development (UPND) Namwala member of Parliament (MP) Moono Lubezhi for referring to her as 'Dorika', a term that alleges depicts a prostitute character, popularised by local comedian Bob Nkosha.
