[Times of Zambia]FORMER Copperbelt Province minister Matthew Sampa Mulanda has been put to rest. Mr Mulanda, 76, was buried yesterday at Kansenshi Cemetery in Ndola after a requiem mass that was held at the Cathedral of Christ the King.
