[Times of Zambia]TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TIZ) executive director Goodwell Lungu has told the Tribunal constituted to probe Justice Minister Wynter Kabimba for alleged breach of the oath of secrecy that he wrote a letter to the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) because he was worried about political parties fielding candidates whose seats were nullified for corruption.
