[Zambia Reports]The Commonwealth is sending a senior official, the Deputy Secretary General Ms Mmasekgoa Masire-Mwamba, to Zambia as part of the fact finding mission following a report by a consortium of civil society and opposition political parties detailing numerous human rights abuses.
