[The Herald]THE Cross Border Bus Operators Association has signed an agreement with operators in Zambia that would create a platform to discuss and thrash out issues of mutual concern. The development also comes as the association is battling to engage Botswana authorities who are said to be reluctant to grant Zimbabwe operators permits.
