[Times of Zambia]AN arresting officer yesterday told a Lusaka magistrate's court that he arrested former Works and Supply minister Gabriel Namulambe and charged him for theft of 20 bicycles because his Mines counterpart Maxwell Mwale denied having given him the bicycles.
