[Times of Zambia]LUANSHYA Copper Mine (CLM) has completed the feasibility studies for construction of a US$60 million cobalt plant, while a mini crushing and milling plant at a cost of $40 million is also expected to be constructed, bringing the company's total investments in the last three years to $550 million.
