[Times of Zambia]A WITNESS has told a Lusaka magistrate's court that Government spent an additional 618,000 Euros (K3.9 billion) for the repair of radar at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport after former Communications and Transport minister Dora Siliya accepted a free offer for the repair of the old radar system from an Italian company.
