THE letter allegedly authored by former president Rupiah Banda to former minister of Finance Situmbeko Musokotwane in April 2010 directing the ministry to facilitate the awarding of tax holiday in favour of Varun Beverages has allegedly disappeared at the ministry in unexplained circumstances.
