Talks about police violence which is a local and political problem. Reconizing its national character, more than ninty-five percent have witnessed a lot of political violence incidents and we as a people need to emphasize that ” the problem of excessive force in Zambian police is real. The vast majority of the law enforcement officers in Zambia perform their very difficult jobs with respect from their communities, but as we may all know they are not in compliance with the law.
