Chola Mukanga – Nov 07,2009

This discussion explores the state of corruption in Zambia. How did we get into our current predicament? What are the many forms of corruption afflicting our nation? Is corruption even bad for Zambia’s growth or has it all been over blown? If we are to intervene, how best should we do that? These are some of the many questions that will be explored. Chola Mukanga is a London-based economist specialised in justice and constitutional economics, transport and development, local government, and urban / rural issues. He is the founder of the Zambian Economist.
