Hon. Vernon J. Mwaanga,GOEZ: Zambias Politician, Diplomat, Administrator, Businessman, Banker, Journalist and Author comes to Diaspora Voice to talk about his life long career. At age 20, he became Zambias Ambassador to USSR in Moscow, he also went on to become the youngest President of the UN Security Council in New York City. He has served under every Zambian President. Currently, he is the Chief Whip in Parliament.
