The Web Developer will be accountable to the Senior Web Developer.
Responsibilities
- Develop modern dynamic websites and other web-enabled applications
- Update and maintain existing websites and applications for ZAMNET and customers
- Creating and designing of Online banners
- Work with other sections in pursuing web related business opportunities
- Provide technical support by responding to incoming enquiries through email and telephone on issues related to web services in a professional and timely manner
- Manage customer web accounts on Web servers
- Help in day-to-day maintenance of ZAMNET Web servers
Minimum Job Requirements
- Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies
- Must have experience working with modern web authoring tools such as FrontPage, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Joomla, Mambo, Drupal, CGI, PHP, MySQL, etc
- Must have working knowledge of Linux operating Systems
- Certificate in graphic design will be an added advantage
- One year working experience in a web designing environment
- Ability to engage with potential customers and convince market solutions effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
