Well, the people we have elected into office – this would be the Minister of Transport Communication and Information. As a nation, we need to know what we are working towards, what is our long term objective (where do we see ourselves 15 years from now), short term goals (where do we see ourselves 7 years from now), short term goals (what are we doing right now to achieve our long term objective). The minister should be able to answer thing, seeing that it is his job.
