Central African Rail Firm to Deal in Cargo

[Times of Zambia]CENTRAL East Africa Rails (CEAR), the company that has been engaged to operate the Chipata-Mchinji rail to the Nacala corridors in Mozambique via Malawi says it will only run cargo and not passenger services because the latter was not profitable.
