Police Summons – Hakainde Hichilema U-Turns

[Times of Zambia]UNITED Party for National Development (UPND) leader Hakainde Hichilema, who yesterday morning dared police to follow him to his residence if they wanted to arrest him, later in the day u-turned and sent a message through his lawyers that he had fallen ill.
